I recently had the transmission on my Honda HRB Harmony mower worked on, got it tranny trouble clips, and the rear wheel height adjustors will move forward and backward but does not raise or lower the mower. I thought it was possibly the trans, but looking at all those amazing metal gear I agree with you that it's tranny trouble clips to last.
